This was going to be a good week I could run during the day and the weather is supposed to be very nice. I talked Nathan in to running with me and Emilie he is very fast so he challenged me to a race. That was a mistake for me. He won and I came up lame. My right calve feels like it has a very bat charlie horse. I had to walk the last mile home and it kills we will see how this heals this next week. |
