This is the first time I have done this milage with out some kind of a break through out the day.  It was very interesting.  Mile 10 - 13 were a little harder than I though it would be.  All in all it was a good run.  I completed the run 1min/mile faster than my goal so that felt good.  I am not going to brag to much about a 10 min mile but come on I am 44 and have never run this kind of distance before so I felt really good about it.  I can tell that I need a lot more work before I run a marathon but the joy is in the journey.

Tonight was a new experience!!!  My daughter Trish is getting married in two weeks and we needed to deliver invitations so I got this bright idea that I could run and deliver them faster than a car.  I don't know that I was faster but it sure was a nice feeling to burn fat instead of gasoline.  This really worked well Nalisa and Emilie went with me and we had a great time.

It sure is getting cold.  Nathan went with me though and that was very nice.  He has a really good stride and can cover the ground.

I ran this on an average pace of just under 9min/mile, that is fairly fast for me good run.

Went running with Nalisa 3.5 miles and then with Emilie.  Its good to run with company and especially good looking girls.  Love them both.

Nice easy run with Emilie.  I had a hard time talking her into going with me and finally compromised to run at her pace and where she wanted.  It was a great run.

This was a nice night to run it was not freezing cold.  My hip has been bothering me for the last week and I have tried to back off the miles and the pace a little bit.  I think it is working at least my aches and pains are not getting worse. My theory is that the 26 and 28 mile weeks were to much to fast I will back it off to 18 this week and see how it goes.  I think Nalisa ran earlier today, she took the new pup Sage with her I think it went good for them.

Ran the last half with Nalisa.  This was a good stress relief before the big wedding tomorrow.

I started my run and ran right into Justin, Courtney and Kaylee.  Justin baught Kaylee a jeep stoller, a blanket heater and a battery pack to keep her warm considering she is only 5 weeks old she was a real trupper and covered about 1 mile.  It was good running with them.

I ran 3.5 miles with Nalisa and Nathan nice easy slow miles and thoughly enjoyed my self.  Then I ran another2.5 miles and tried to get it under 8min/ mile did not quite make it but hey we tried hard.  I do good on the down hill but up hill I am only comfortable at about 9min/mile.

Did 2.5 by myself and the rest with Emilie.  Easy run with a very full Thanksgiving stomach.  It was really good to have all the kids and grand kid with us.

This was a good run with Emilie.  She has a nice pace and pushed me a little bit but I would never let her know.
